Initial Settings for the Trouble Ticket System

To use the built-in Trouble Ticket System, you should make some initial settings necessary for the Trouble Ticket System to work:

  1. Open the Account Director submenu on the Navigation tree and select the Support Manager.
  2. Click Setup on the Support Manager. submenu. The set of tabs for Trouble Ticket System setup appears.
  3. Create several ticket categories.
  4. Create several ticket priorities.
  5. Create several ticket queues.
